Hitspark does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of messages, posts, chats, or other user-generated communications.
Messages and user content are not reviewed prior to posting. However, Hitspark reserves the right to:
Edit, restrict, or remove content
Suspend or restrict messaging privileges
Store communications (including chat logs, private messages, and forum posts)
Stored communications may be disclosed only to legal authorities or when necessary to protect the safety, security, or rights of users or Hitspark.

7. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not:
Use Hitspark Services for unlawful or commercial purposes

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without Hitspark’s written consent is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and further action.
Upon account termination, all virtual assets, currencies, and donations are forfeited without refund.

Hitspark does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or policies. Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk.

10. Termination
Hitspark reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason or no reason, to:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove access to Services
Delete virtual goods, currencies, and progress
Termination may occur with or without notice.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Hitspark Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Hitspark does not guarantee that:
Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Bugs or defects will be corrected
Content will always be available
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hitspark shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
